Return/Refund Policy

Shipping and processing policy:

All orders are processed and fulfilled in 1-5 days which is subject to change due to a high order volume and due to the holiday season. After processing you will receive a email from DallasRoseCollection with your tracking info. All U.S. orders can take up to 1-5 business days to delivered to you . All international orders can take up to 5-10 business days to be delivered to you.

 

Return and refund policy:

. For sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products we do NOT accept returns.

. We will only issue out a refund if you contact us before your item(s) have been shipped OR if there has been an error/issue on our part or a defect in the product.

. We will NOT issue out an refund for errors including but not limited to Input of the wrong address or ordering the incorrect items .

 

Lost or returned items policy:

 

. If your order is returned back to our office because of the wrong shipping address , we will gladly ship your order to the correct address . But in order for the package to be mailed again, the new shipping cost MUST be paid by the customer . Please us at [email protected] if you believe that  your items have been sent to an incorrect address. We will not be able to issue an refund for items that have be delivered to the incorrect address unless there has been an error made on our end .

 

. DallasRoseCollection is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items/ packages ! If your tracking number says that it has be delivered to your address & you have not received it , You must contact USPS at (1-800-275-8777). All lost or stolen packages MUST be reported as a claim to the United States Postal Office.

 

By placing an order through DallasRoseCollection you have acknowledge that you have read our policy ad that DallasRoseCollection will not be held responsible for delayed issues by USPS .
