Q: When Will My Order Be Shipped ? 

A:We have a 3-5 day processing time ( Excluding weekends and holidays) , once your order has been processed you will receive an email from [email protected] with your tracking number and information.

 

Q: When will my order begin processing ?

A: Orders begin processing in 24-48 hours after an order has been placed and received.

 

Q: How long does shipping normally take ?

A: Most orders are shipped using USPS first class which takes 3-5 business days and Most orders are shipped using USPS priority 3 day shipping .

 

Q: Are your products vegan ?

A: All of our product categories are vegan and cruelty free .

 

Q: I received my package in the mail but it’s damaged what do I do ?

A: We are so sorry !! Please contact us at [email protected] and in the subject line please put Damaged package along with pictures and videos of the damaged product(s) or packaging and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Q:  What If I would like to cancel my order ?

A: All Order cancellations are only available the first hour of purchase. After we begin processing your order and your shipping label is created cancellation is no longer available.

 

Q: How do I find my tracking number ?

A: When we create your shipping label your tracking number will be immediately sent to the email or phone number that was provided at checkout. Please note that you will receive your tracking number once your label is created but that does not mean it has been shipped . Once your order has been shipped it will update as “in transit”

 

Q: My package never came what do I do ?

A: You will have to contact USPS. Once your order has been shipped out DallasRoseCollection is no longer held responsible for your order that is out of our possession. If they cannot locate your package please send us a email regarding your order.

 

Q: I put the wrong address on my order , what do I do ?

A: Please email us directly after your order has be placed so we can make changes on the label before it is printed . If your label has been printed but not shipped , you are able to pay for another label to be made and printed  . If your label has been printed and your order has been shipped no changes can be made and a refund will not be issued.

Q: Do you ship worldwide ?

A: We are currently only shipping to the USA as of now but we will eventually offer worldwide shipping to our international rosebuds.
